Do you provide a Mail service?
Our apologies, PASPAK TT does not offer a mail service at this time.
Do you deliver?
PASPAK offers a pickup service if delivery is required alternative arrangements can be made.
Office hours in Miami and POS?
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 5 pm.
Port Of Spain
Monday to Thursday - 8 am to 4.30 pm,
Friday - 8 am to 4 pm.
Do you do pickups in Miami?
Yes, we do pickups in Miami. Please contact our local office and have the weight, size, address & contact information at hand.
Can you facilitate larger shipments?
Yes, we can facilitate larger shipments, our parent company Piarco Air Services / Lazzari & Sampson can meet all your shipping needs. LCL via Ocean and Air Freight Service and FCL. Please contact their sales team at 1-868-675-4468 ext. 1225 or our local office and we will be happy to assist.
Do you consolidate packages for your PASPAK service?
Our apologies, PASPAK do not consolidate packages at this time.
Can I ship Hazardous Cargo?
Yes, you can ship Hazardous cargo using our parent company Piarco Air Services/Lazzari & Sampson. Please contact their sales team at 1-868-675-4468 ext. 1225 or our local office and we will be happy to assist.
What can cause my shipment to be delayed?
Shipment delays can be caused by many different reasons, Incorrect Address and Incorrect Suite # on the shipping label (Miami’s end), Delivered to a wrong address by your US counterparts, COD Shipments, Airline Delays within the busy and non-busy periods, Mechanical Problems, Hurricane Season, Public Holidays.
What is the Miami cut off time for my package to be shipped out on that flight?
Cut off time is 1 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Can I ship packages out of Trinidad using my PASPAK account?
Yes you can ship packages back using PASPAK, please contact our local office and we will be happy to assist.
How long before I received my Skybox packages?
PASPAK ships Mondays & Thursdays from Miami and packages are cleared on the next working day. Upon clearance and invoice completion your invoice will be emailed to you. Once your invoice is received that is an indication that your package is ready for collection.
How can I pay for my packages?
We accept Managers Cheques, Cash, Credit Card, or Linx transactions.
What are the size and weight limitations with PASPAK?
Yes, there are some size and weight limits with PASPAK. Please contact our local office for more information.
Do you charge based on Actual or Volumetric Weight?
Freight charges are based on Actual weight, Oversize Packages that are disproportionate may require special pricing and volumetric charges will be applicable.
