Can you facilitate larger shipments?
Yes, we can facilitate larger shipments, our parent company PAS Trinidad Ltd / Lazzari & Sampson can meet all your shipping needs. LCL via Ocean and Air Freight Service and FCL. Please contact their sales team at 1-868-675-4468 ext. 1225 or our local office and we will be happy to assist.
Do you consolidate packages for your PASPAK service?
Our apologies, PASPAK TT do not consolidate packages at this time.
Can I ship Hazardous Cargo?
Yes, you can ship Hazardous cargo using our parent company PAS Trinidad Ltd/Lazzari & Sampson. Please contact their sales team at 1-868-675-4468 ext. 1225 or our local office and we will be happy to assist.
What can cause my shipment to be delayed?
Shipment delays can be caused by many different reasons, Incorrect Address and Incorrect Suite # on the shipping label. Delivered to a wrong address by your US counterparts, COD Shipments, Airline Delays within the busy and non-busy periods, Mechanical Problems, Hurricane Season and Public Holidays.
What is the Miami cut off time for my package to be shipped out?
Miami cut off time is 1 pm EST, Monday’s and Wednesday’s.
Can I ship packages out of Trinidad using my PASPAK TT account?
Yes you can ship packages back using PASPAK TT, please contact our local office and we will be happy to assist.
How long my packages takes from New York to Trinidad?
Shipments from New York to Trinidad takes and estimated time of fifteen working days.
How long before I received my Skybox packages?
PASPAK TT ships Tuesdays & Thursdays from Miami and packages are cleared on the next available appointment date given by Customs. Upon clearance and invoice completion your invoice will be emailed to you. Once your invoice is received that is an indication that your package is ready for collection.
How can I pay for my packages once available for collection?
We accept Online Transfers, Managers Cheques, Cash, Credit Cards, or Linx transactions.
What are the size and weight limitations with PASPAK TT?
Yes, there are some size and weight limits with PASPAK TT. Please contact our local office for more information.
Can my family in NY pay for my packages once it’s available?
Yes, your packages can be paid for by online transfer from the USA.
Are your freight charges based on Dimensions or Actual Weight?
Shipments coming directly from Miami are charged based on actual weight only.
